Design and Display

In terms of design, the Alewa Steel comes in a circular frame with two crowns positioned on the right and on the left. The watch body is made out of zinc alloy and it looks pretty sturdy. Also pair that with its metal strap, and it adds more premium look. It also boasts an IP68 dust and water resistance. Likewise, it is available in one color: Black.

On the front, you are looking at a 1.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen. It has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, which is on par with many flagship smartwatches and 550nits of peak brightness.

Performance and Features

While a lot of companies keep their performance hardware under wraps, Alewa does not shy away from giving a shoutout. For instance, the main processor on the Alewa Steel is AC7012/A6 CPU. It also has 640KB memory and 128MB of ROM storage. In the tank, it has a 300mAh battery that typically lasts you three to five days on average. When you do run out of charge, you can power it up in 3 hours, using a wireless charger.

Other than that, it is equipped with Bluetooth v5.3 for wireless connectivity and calling features. It offers all the standard clock features like time, stopwatch, alarm, and so on. Additionally, the Alewa Steel also allows you to see weather forecasts, access your smartphone’s voice assistant, and calculator, and act as a remote for your music and camera. On the health and fitness side of things, Alewa Steel can track your heart rate and sleep tracking and also monitor blood oxygen and pressure. Similarly, it also offers over 100 exercise modes and menstrual cycle reminders.
