Design and Display

The Amazfit Band 7 is a fitness band with a long display. It ships with a huge 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 198 x 368 and a pixel density of 282 PPI. It also has 50 different watch faces (8 editable) and Always on Display (AOD) support. This even comes with an anti-fingerprint coating and tempered glass for protection. On the design side of things, you get a 12.2 mm thick band weighing 28g with a strap. In addition, Band 7 from Amazfit is rated 5 ATM for water resistance. The only color option available here in Nepal is Black. However, this thing was launched in multiple other color options out of Nepal.

Fitness / Health Tracking

The Band 7 gets 120 sports modes out of the box, four of which are automatically recognizable. The automatically recognized ones are walking, running, elliptical, and rowing machines. Unfortunately, the watch doesn't have GPS built-in. Hence, you need a phone connected for accurate data. On the other hand, the BioTracker 3.0 PPG biometric sensor is responsible for measuring the user's heart rate and even SpO2 level. Moreover, this band lets you get stats about your sleep cycle, steps, and PAI. This can all be monitored via the Zepp App.

Battery and Charging

The Amazfit Band 7 ensures you 18 days' worth of typical usage, all thanks to its 232 mAh battery. If you turn on the battery-saver mode, it can last for 28 days straight. For charging, there is a magnetic charger inside the box.
