The Soundcore Motion X500 is a portable Bluetooth speaker built around a three-driver spatial audio system with 40W output. Design and Build

The control panel sits at an angle on top for easier access, with backlit buttons that include power, Bluetooth, EQ profile switcher, and volume controls. The speaker is IPX7 rated, meaning it's waterproof to one meter for thirty minutes but has no dust or sand protection, so you'll want to be careful at the beach. It comes in black, blue, and pink, though the prominent "d" logo on the grille might not be everyone's taste. The C-shaped rubber feet on the bottom keep it stable, and it'll even float if it ends up in water.

It charges via USB-C in about 4 hours and includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calls. Unlike the X600, there's no aux input, which limits connectivity to Bluetooth only.
