      For the most part, the Apple Watch Series 8 remains similar to its predecessor. Available in two sizes 41mm and 45mm, the case on this standard version is made up of aluminum. There is also a stainless still variant with tougher sapphire glass protection. It is WR50 certified and also has IP6X dust resistance. As for the display, it features a Retina LTPO OLED screen with AOD support in two sizes: 1.61-inch and 1.77-inch. The new S8 chip powers the Apple Watch Series 8. This dual-core processor is said to be 20% faster than the Apple S7 chip found in the Watch Series 7.
