Blackview Link 8 WiFi Overview
Display and Design
The Link 8 WiFi has a 12.7-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1600 x 2176 pixels. It uses a 16:10 aspect ratio and reaches a brightness of 500 nits. The display is laminated and comes with Widevine L1 support, so you can stream Netflix content in high definition.
The body is built with an aluminum alloy back featuring a shimming finish and weighs 710 grams. This tab is available in “Starry Grey”, “Dwan Blue”, and “Cloudy Purple” finishes.
Performance and Software
It runs on the MediaTek Helio G100 octa-core chipset paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. You can expand the memory virtually up to 12GB, using 6GB for one with 6GB RAM, and up to 24GB, using 12GB for the other with 12 GB RAM. For storage, it has 256GB of UFS 3.1 space. The tablet ships with DokeOS_P 4.2, based on Android 15, and includes features such as PC Mode, split-screen, and a dedicated Workspace App.
Camera and Battery
The tablet features a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor, as well as a 13MP front camera for video calls. An 8,400mAh battery powers the device and supports 18W charging. For connectivity, it supports WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. It also includes four stereo speakers and GPS positioning.
