      Blackview MEGA 8 Overview

      Display and Design

The most obvious thing about the MEGA 8 is its 13-inch IPS LCD. It’s a 90Hz panel with an FHD+ resolution, which is quite a jump from the 11.5-inch screen on the older MEGA 1. The body is made of aluminum alloy and comes in three colors: Space Grey, Twilight Blue, and Lagoon Green. Even with the large screen, it stays relatively thin at 7.9mm.

      Performance and AI

It’s powered by a Unisoc Tiger T620 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. You can actually expand that RAM up to 36GB using virtual memory if you’re doing heavy multitasking. The tablet runs on Android 15 with Blackview's DokeOS_P 4.1 UI. A new addition here is the integration of AI tools like DeepSeek R1 and ChatGPT directly into the system.

      Camera and Battery

For a tablet, the cameras are decent, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX362 sensor on the back and a 13MP camera on the front for video calls. To keep that 13-inch screen running, there’s a massive 11,000mAh battery. It supports 18W charging, and every box includes a stylus pen to use with the screen.
