Blackview Tab 80 Overview
Design and Visuals
The Blackview Tab 80 is built with a premium aluminum alloy back featuring a sandblasted finish. At just 484 grams and 7.5mm thick, it is significantly sleeker than many of its competitors.
The device features a 10.1-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Despite its entry-level price, it includes Widevine L1 certification, which allows you to stream content from platforms like Netflix and Disney+ in high definition. To protect your eyes during long sessions, the display is TUV SUD Low Blue Light certified and offers three distinct eye-care modes.
Performance and Storage
The Unisoc Tiger T606 octa-core chipset powers similarly, the Tab 80. It is available with up to 8GB of physical RAM, which can be virtually expanded to 16GB.
For storage, you get options of 64GB or 128GB, expandable via a microSD card slot up to 1TB. While it runs on the slightly older Android 13 with DokeOS_P 3.0, the software remains optimized for a tablet interface, featuring a "PC Mode" that allows for a desktop-like windowed experience.
