Design

For the design part, the boAt Airdopes 131 Elite is a half-in-ear earbud with a touch-controlled stem. It comes with an IPX5 rating for added durability. The case is oval-shaped with three LEDs in front. These LEDs indicate the charge level of the case. Additionally, boAt manufactures this wearable in 4 different colors: Active Black, Active White, Active Tel, Blue Dawn.

Audio and connectivity

For the Airdopes 131 Elite, 13-mm drivers lead the audio front together with the boAt’s signature sound. This can replicate frequencies from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. You will get Quad Mics with ENx technology for noise reduction during calls. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 up to a normal distance of 10m.  As for the charging connection, it charges using a USB-C port.

Battery & Rest

In terms of battery, the earbuds pack a capacity of 500mAh for case and 45mAh for earbuds. The battery of the earbuds is rated to last 60 hours of playback in Normal mode and 54 hours in ANC mode. The buds themselves take 1 hour to charge, whereas the case can take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours to get to that full juice. A fast charging of 10 minutes gives 180 minutes of playtime. Moreover, it features BEAST mode that provides a latency of 50ms.
