The watch can measure your heart rate measurement, blood oxygen level, sleep tracking, and calorie monitoring. Also, there are multiple different sports modes catered to workouts and exercises done on a frequent basis.

Extra features

As the name suggests, the boAt Storm Call 3 Plus features a Bluetooth calling feature. A dialer is built into the watch for easier calling. Furthermore, you have the typical notification sync between your devices as well as remote camera control mode. Other small features include a stopwatch, countdown, etc.

Battery

A 300mAh battery fuels the Storm Call 3 Plus. This lasts about 5 hours in normal day-to-day usage. However, charging takes 1 hour to get back to full health from a completely empty cell.
