boAt Lifestyle is an Indian OEM brand specialising in smartphone accessories. They recently launched a new smartwatch to the Nepali market, and we are here to look into it. Here is a brief overview of the boAt Wave Call 2 smartwatch.

Design and Display

In terms of design, the boAt Wave Call 2 comes in a squircle frame with a crown positioned on the right. The watch body has a metallic look to it and offers IP67 dust and water resistance. Though they are available in fluoroelastomer as well as stainless steel strap options, only a limited selection made their way to Nepal. Given that, you can choose between Cool Grey, and Active Black colour options in Nepal, both with rubber wristbands. On the front, you are looking at a 1.83-inch HD screen with a touch support. It has slightly curved edges, and a resolution of 240 x 284 pixels.

Features and Battery

It is equipped with Bluetooth v5.2 for wireless connectivity and calling features. It offers all the standard clock features like time, stopwatch, alarm, and so on. Additionally, the boAt Wave Call 2 also allows you to access your smartphone's voice assistant, and act as a remote for your music and camera. On the health and fitness side of things, boAt Lunar Seek can track your heart rate and sleep and monitor your blood oxygen too. Similarly, it also offers over 700 activity modes, menstrual cycle tracking, and sedentary reminders. It boots on Crest OS+ giving you access to the Crest app health ecosystem. For power, it has a 230mAh battery that can last seven to ten days on a single charge. Once depleted, the boAt Wave Call 2 can get back up and running in just two hours. The magnetic charging cable is included in the box alongside the watch.
