Display and Design

The Inspiron 14 5441 comes in an aluminum chassis with a Titan Grey finish. It measures 314 x 223.75 x 15.14mm at the front and weighs 1.53 kg, making it fairly portable. The 14-inch display uses a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing more vertical space than standard 16:9 screens. It's an WUXGA (1920 x 1200) WVA IPS panel with 300 nits brightness and an anti-glare coating.

 Performance and Hardware 

The Nepal model ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus X1P-42-100 processor. This chip has 8 cores that boost up to 3.4 GHz on a single core or 3.2 GHz across all cores. It comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at 8448 MT/s, but it's soldered, so you can't upgrade it later. Storage is handled by a 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD. 

Graphics are handled by the integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU. It's not going to compete with dedicated graphics cards, but it's fine for productivity work and media consumption. The standout feature here is the Hexagon NPU with 45 TOPS of AI performance, which powers Windows Copilot+ features and handles on-device AI tasks. 

Battery and Connectivity

The 54Wh battery featured in this laptop delivers up to 17 hours of video playback, and Dell claims up to 28 hours under optimal conditions. Real-world usage typically gets you around 10 hours of work. It supports ExpressCharge, which can charge the battery to 80% in about 60 minutes with the included 65W USB-C adapter.

For wireless connectivity, you get Qualcomm's FastConnect 7800 card with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Port selection includes two USB4 Type-C ports (40 Gbps) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, a microSD card reader, and a 3.5mm headset jack. Other features include a 1080p FHD webcam, a 720p IR camera for Windows Hello facial recognition, dual-array microphones, and stereo speakers with Qualcomm Aqstic Speaker Max technology. The keyboard is backlit and includes a dedicated Copilot key
