Design

On design, Fastrack Reflex 3.0 is what you would expect a fitness band to be on the board. The rectangular case consists of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The 18mm strap that wraps around your hand is made of silicone—nothing new here—and comes with a chrome finish buckle! Additionally, the display also has polycarbonate glass material. The 0.96-inch TFT screen (full touch) has a resolution of 160×80 pixels. Further, the Reflex 3 can be customized with 20 different band faces. Other than that, the IP68 water and dust resistance rating means that the case is a bit safe around them. And the strap comes in multiple colors with different accents at the back. The Midnight Black version has three accents: Blue, Turquoise, and Gray while the Pink one has only one: Green.

Health Tracking

As with any other fitness band, this Reflex 3.0 also features a bunch of health options, such as heart rate monitoring, steps & calorie counters, and a sleep tracker. Plus, for sports mode, there are 10+ possible exercises, including outdoor running, indoor running, hiking, and so on.

Features

Other than health things, there are other useful functions such as camera control and music control. Additionally, the notification alert seems to be a common trend on every smartwatch and fitness band. You can even find the phone connected via Bluetooth 5.0 using this band.

Battery

When it comes to battery life, the Reflex 3.0 lasts around 10 days. After that, it takes around 2 hours to charge.
