Design

HiFuture Smartpods 2 is packed in a rectangular -vertical case with rounded corners. Additionally, there is the shiny HiFuture logo at the front. Further opening the charging case reveals the actual buds you will use to listen to music or attend calls. These earbuds are in-ear in design, with silicone tips to hold them in. The stem goes along the bottom, with the metal finish at the bottom. Additionally, in terms of portability, the Smartpods 2 are quite lightweight, weighing 5 grams for the buds and 35 grams for the case. Similarly, it provides you with IPX5 water resistance. However, you have only one option to choose from, i.e., White.

Audio

The drivers found on the Smartpods 2 are 6mm in diameter and hold an impedance of 16 ohms. Furthermore, the company assures you of a 3D Deep Bass surrounding you from everywhere. The HiFuture Smartpods 2 further ships with a four-mic setup, two on each bud, of which one is the main mic and another is for ENC.

Battery

When it comes to the battery, the 55 mAh cell is enough for 6 hours of continuous music. Additionally, the Smartpods 2 comes with a 500 mAh battery inside the case for backup. This means you have 30 total hours of charge in your pocket. Further, charging is also quick, delivering 2 hours of playtime in just 10 minutes of charging.
