Design and Display

This is a 15.6-inch business laptop with a clean silver design, and here you will find a standard office-focused build. Similarly, the laptop is also fairly thin and weighs around 1.76 kg. On the display side, you will find an IPS anti-glare panel. The display is FHD with a 60Hz refresh rate and narrow bezels. Similarly, the brightness is rated at 250 nits. 

Performance and Hardware

HP is using the AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 7530U here, a 6-core, 12-thread processor from the Ryzen 7000 Pro lineup. It boosts up to 4.5GHz and runs at a 15W TDP. On the graphics side, you also get integrated Radeon Vega graphics. This should make it obvious that it isn’t a creator or gaming laptop, but it should still handle basic office work, or coding without issues. The biggest highlight here is definitely the memory. This variant ships with more than what most business laptops offer at this price, with 32GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD. 

Ports and Connectivity

Here you get three USB-A ports, one USB-C with Power Delivery and DisplayPort, and HDMI 2.1. There’s also a full RJ45 Ethernet port.  And connectivity is also quite typical here, with the normal Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1.

Security and Battery

Being an EliteBook, it comes with a bunch of enterprise security features. That includes a TPM 2.0 chip, fingerprint reader, HP Sure Start, and BIOS protection tools. You also get a spill-resistant backlit keyboard, stereo speakers, and a 720p webcam. Meanwhile, the laptop packs a 42Wh battery with a 45W charger. And finally, the HP also includes Windows 11 Home along with its usual security utilities like HP Wolf Security.
