Design and Display
The HP OmniBook 5 Flip (2025) is a convertible laptop that comes with a sturdy 360° hinge, letting you use it in multiple modes like Laptop, Tablet, Tent, and Stand. In terms of build, HP this time has focused on sustainability by using recycled metals and post-consumer recycled plastics, all while keeping the weight at just 1.62 kg for the device.
Up front, the laptop boasts a 14-inch IPS touchscreen panel with 2K resolution and a max brightness of 300 nits. The edge-to-edge glass and micro-edge bezels give it a modern look while providing more screen.
Performance and rest
Running the device is the Intel Core Ultra 7 150U processor. This is a refresh of last year's Raptor Lake U-series chips and comes with 10 cores, 12 threads, and a max boost clock of 5.4GHz. While handling the graphics is the Intel Graphics.
As for memory, you get 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM (soldered) with a 512GB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD for storage. For connectivity, the device offers two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
