Design and Display

In terms of design, the Huawei Watch D2 is made of aluminum alloy, whereas the wristbands are made of either fluoroelastomer (a type of synthetic rubber) or leather. The strap has a width of 26.5 mm and is up to 210 mm long. Huawei also says the watch is IP68 rated against dust and water.

And up front, the Huawei Watch D2 has a 1.82-inch AMOLED screen with 1,500 nits of brightness and always-on support.

Battery and performance

As for the battery, Huawei claims that it can last for up to 6 days under typical use. Or up to 1 day with the ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring) feature enabled.

Yep, the biggest highlight of this smartwatch is that it can measure your blood pressure at dedicated intervals throughout the day.

Other than this, the Huawei Watch D2 can monitor up to 9 key health indicators. And it pairs with the Huawei Health app for all the health data and customization stuff.

The rest of the features

As for the rest, the Huawei Watch D2 has most of the features you’d expect, like Bluetooth phone calls, screenshots on the wrist, and custom cards. It also has 80+ built-in exercise modes where six common activities are automatically detected.
