Design and Display

Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 — as its name suggests — is a convertible laptop with a fully rotatable hinge. It is 16.99 mm thick and weighs almost two kilograms. This laptop comes in an aluminium body with a monotone finish. Its lid flaunts both the company as well as series branding and ships in the Storm Grey colour option.

On the front, you have a single panel choice. That is a 16-inch IPS panel with touch support. Here, you get a WUXGA resolution spanning 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. Meanwhile, the display on the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 has a glossy anti-fingerprint finish and covers a 45% NTSC colour gamut. Lastly, you get 300 nits of brightness and a standard 60Hz refresh rate on this laptop.

Performance and the rest

Under the hood, this Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 2024 packs the Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor. The silicon packs 12 cores, 14 threads, and clocks in at a peak of 4.3GHz. Additionally, you get the Intel integrated GPU on this laptop with four cores and a maximum frequency of 1.85GHz. It also has an in-built AI accelerator offering performance up to 11 TOPS.

Other than that, you get two 8GB RAM soldered onto the board. The Yoga 7 2-in-1 does not have an option for memory expansion. Meanwhile, for storage, you get a 512GB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD. There is no extra slot for additional SSD either. However, it does have a microSD card reader.

In the tank, you get an integrated 71Wh lithium-polymer battery with Rapid Charge Express support. With this, the laptop can offer up to three hours of runtime with just 15 minutes of charge. In the meantime, the power adapter you get in the box is a 3-pin 65W unit with a USB-C charging interface.
