The latest Moto model features the company’s classic design language, marked by a prominent squircle camera bump. This design choice contrasts with recent Motorola phones, which had camera bumps that seamlessly integrated into the back of the device. On the front, it offers a 6.5-inch display with an IPS LCD panel, delivering FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is framed by noticeable bezels, particularly around the chin. The Moto G64 5G is available in three colors: Mint Green, Pearl Blue, and Ice Lilac.
Performance
Internally, the Motorola G64 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset, marking it as the first phone worldwide to feature this processor. This chipset includes eight cores, a 6nm manufacturing process, and achieves a peak clock speed of 2.5GHz. It seems to be an enhanced version of the Dimensity 7020, with slightly higher performance.
The Motorola G64 5G is available in two configurations: the base model offers 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, while the higher-end version includes 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Both variants support up to 1TB of external storage. On the software front, the device runs on Android 14 with My UX on top.
