Oppo Reno 8 Pro is a premium midrange offering with special emphasis on cameras. Oppo refers to the smartphone as “The Portrait Expert,” and it has improved the imaging with its in-house Marisilicon NPU. The chip, combined with OPPO’s proprietary portrait algorithm matrix, creates clear details and true colors, says the brand. The Reno 8 Pro’s primary camera is a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor which is paired with an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens. There’s a 32MP Sony IMX709 camera for selfies. In addition, the Reno 8 Pro includes a sub-flagship MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset to power through all tasks. The phone is only available in one configuration, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. To provide a stable and reliable performance, the brand has also used a graphite cooling system that covers an area of 32928mm2. Fueling the smartphone is a 4500mAh battery which is refilled with a 80W SuperVOOC charger. Oppo Reno 8 Pro comes in Glazed Black and Glazed Green colors.
