Design and Display

The realme Watch 5 features a premium metallic unibody design with an aluminum-alloy functional crown and a comfortable, skin-friendly 3D-Wave strap, offering a lightweight yet stylish feel. It comes with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, making it suitable for workouts and everyday use. 

The smartwatch features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with a 390 × 450 pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 600 nits typical brightness, ensuring sharp visuals and good outdoor visibility.

Battery and Connectivity

The realme Watch 5 is packed with a 460mAh battery that delivers up to 16 days of battery life under typical usage or up to 20 days in Light Smart Mode, reducing the need for frequent charging. For connectivity, the smartwatch supports Bluetooth 5.3 for stable pairing and HD Bluetooth calling. It is compatible with devices running Android 9.0 or later and iOS 11.0 or later through the realme Link app.

Performance and Others

The realme Watch 5 runs on a proprietary operating system and offers a range of health monitoring features, including heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), sleep, stress, and women's health tracking. It supports over 100 sports modes and features built-in GPS with support for five major GNSS satellite systems for accurate outdoor activity tracking. Other features include Bluetooth calling, AI voice assistant, music and camera controls, smart notifications, and Find My Phone support.
