Redmi Buds 3 Lite Overview:
Design
The Redmi Buds 3 Lite has something new to offer in terms of design. The uniqueness of these buds comes from the earfins you can attach them to. These fins add a layer of confidence that the buds won’t fall off, even when you are shaking hard. Additionally, Xiaomi provides you with two sizes of hooks and three different sizes of ear tips so that it better fits your ears.
Moreover, the IP54 dust and water resistance ensures that you can use them in any weather condition, be it rain or shine. With a weight of only 4.2 g each, the Buds 3 Lite is incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The lightweight design also follows with the charging case, which weighs just 36 g.
Sound
The Redmi Buds 3 Lite comprises a 6-mm dynamic audio driver tuned by Xiaomi’s Sound Lab. Obviously, there is no Active Noise Cancellation, as it is a low-cost option. However, it does have the Environment Noise Reduction feature to improve call clarity. In addition to that, there is a dedicated low-latency mode, but the company hasn’t made it clear about the threshold it can attain.
Battery
Lastly, the lite version of Redmi Buds 3 (which didn’t launch in Nepal) has a 5-hour battery life. Up to 18 hours can be added with the charging case. On the bottom of the case is a Type-C port for charging. But the company has made no mention of how much time it will take to charge it to the max.
