The tablet measures 257.1 x 168.7 x 6.9 mm, which makes it quite thin. You can get it in Dark Blue or Gray. Samsung built it with an 11-inch TFT LCD screen that runs at 90Hz and displays at 1200 x 1920 pixels. The higher refresh rate makes scrolling smoother than standard 60Hz screens, though it's still a TFT panel rather than an AMOLED.

Performance and Hardware

Samsung equipped the Tab A9+ with a Qualcomm SM6375 processor, an octa-core CPU, and an Adreno 619 GPU. The Wi-Fi model has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the LTE version doubles that to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Both models let you add a microSD card up to 1TB if you need more space.

Camera and Multimedia

The tablet has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Both shoot 1080p video at 30fps. They work for video calls and quick photos but aren't anything special. Samsung included four speakers in the Tab A9+, which gives you stereo sound. There's also a 3.5mm headphone jack if you want to use wired headphones.

Connectivity and Battery

The LTE model takes a Nano-SIM and supports eSIM for cellular data. Both versions connect via Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac on dual bands.
