Design and Audio

These earbuds come in an in-ear fit with silicon tips and a stemless design. It ships in a single True Black colour option. They have a little glossy black bordering on the hearing unit of the buds. Moreover, the Skullcandy Grind has a pretty high IP55 water resistance and sits inside a pill-shaped charging case.

The Skullcandy Grind packs rather small 6mm drivers on both the buds. In addition to that, these buds come with dual noise-reducing microphones. With these, the earbuds offer a decent amount of immersion along with “Stay-Aware” mode. It also comes with three preset EQ Modes: Music, Movie, and Podcast. On top of that, you can customise the EQ as per your liking through the Skull-iQ app.

Features and the rest

These earbuds come with a handful of features starting with Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity. They come with built-in Alexa for voice commands such as Spotify Tap and Take Photo. In the meantime, the Skullcandy Grind also comes with a Share Audio feature. You can make calls and control tracks and volume through the buttons on these earbuds. Furthermore, they can be customised to access other functions as well.

Other than that, you can use a single earbud of the Skullcandy Grind at once. In the meantime, these earbuds can auto-connect with your phone as soon as you pop open the charging case lid. While being jam-packed with features, they do not compromise on the battery life either. The company assures 10 hours of independent usage and an additional 34 hours with the case. Lastly, these earbuds also support Rapid Charge where plugging it in for 10 minutes equates to two hours of usage.
