Vivo V60 Lite 5G Overview
The vivo V60 Lite 4G enters the mid-range smartphone market with a solid mix of modern design, reliable performance, and strong battery life.
Design and Display
The Vivo V60 Lite 5G has the same design as the V60 Lite 4G. Like 4G, the V60 Lite 5G isalso IP65 rated. Available in “Titanium Blue” and “Titanium Black” colors, it is pretty slim at just 7.59mm as well. Similarly, it brings a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo has also trimmed down the bezels by quite a bit, resulting in a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio.
The 5G model features several key upgrades over the regular 4G variant. Its display has a significantly higher 3,000 nits of local peak brightness compared to 1,800 nits, and adds HDR10+ support along with HDR certification for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. All this has been complemented with a stereo speaker setup that can pump loudness up to 400%.
Performance
As for performance, the Vivo V60 Lite 5G brings a major upgrade with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360-Turbo (4nm) chip inside, which is a significant performance leap over the Snapdragon 685 in the 4G model. This has been paired with the option for more RAM (up to 12GB) and storage (up to 512GB). The 5G model also ships with a faster UFS 3.1 storage versus the UFS 2.2 on the 4G version. In terms of software, it runs on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15. Getting to the cameras, the Vivo V60 Lite 5G uses a 50MP IMX882 f/1.79 sensor at the back and an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 120° field of view. It also has a ring light for portraits, while you get a 32MP selfie camera here. A key camera upgrade is the addition of 4K video recording, which is not available on the 4G model.
Battery
The V60 Lite 5G gets a massive 6,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery. Vivo says you can expect 27.5 hours of YouTube playback, while its 90W fast charging can take the phone from 1 to 100% in just 52 minutes. There’s also 6W reverse wired charging support. Other than that, it comes with dual SIM slots, dual-band Wi-Fi, and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor.
