BenQ Monitor Price in Nepal – Overview
Why Choose BenQ Monitors?
BenQ has a pretty specific identity where they're not a brand trying to cover every corner of the market with a massive catalog. What they do offer is deeply considered. For example, the ZOWIE series is purpose-built for competitive gaming, to the point where casual buyers probably won't appreciate what they're paying for. The PD and SW lines are also serious creator monitors, worth checking out. And MOBIUZ sits somewhere in between, gaming-focused but with more visual polish than ZOWIE.
BenQ Monitor Price Range in Nepal
BenQ sits firmly in the premium tier in Nepal. Nothing here is cheap and prices also start around one lakh and climb past two and a half lakhs at the top end. This isn't probably a brand you come to looking for value.
Available BenQ Monitor Series in Nepal
Four lines are currently available in Nepal: ZOWIE for esports, MOBIUZ for gaming with better visuals, and PD, SW, MA, and RD under the creator umbrella. The gaming and creator sides don't really overlap, which makes choosing relatively straightforward depending on what you actually do.
BenQ Monitor Series Available in Nepal
BenQ ZOWIE Series (Competitive Gaming)
ZOWIE monitors exist for one reason, to be as fast as possible. The panels are TN, which means colors and viewing angles aren't great, and there's no flashy design or RGB. But the refresh rates are also genuinely absurd. The lower-end model here runs at 400Hz, and the top of the line hits 600Hz, the highest refresh rate on any monitor currently available in Nepal. If that number means something to you, you already know why you're here. If it doesn't, ZOWIE is probably not the right fit.
BenQ MOBIUZ Series (Gaming with Better Visuals)
MOBIUZ is what you'd buy if you want a gaming monitor but can't live with TN panel limitations. It runs on IPS, brings 4K resolution, and pushes 165Hz, which is a meaningful step up in visual quality compared to ZOWIE. It's not as fast as ZOWIE, and it's not as color-accurate as the creator lineup. But it covers both well enough for someone who games hard and also watches a lot of content.
BenQ PD Series (Professional Creator)
The PD lineup is BenQ's most established creative line. These are large 32-inch 4K IPS panels with wide color gamut coverage and great calibration. Where the lower-end PD models cover sRGB and Rec.709 well, the higher-end variant adds 144Hz. But the tradeoff across the PD range is that you're paying a significant premium for that accuracy and build quality.
BenQ SW Series (Photography-Focused)
SW is a step beyond PD in terms of color accuracy targeting. These monitors are specifically for photographers who need AdobeRGB. If you are unaware what it means, then well, its a color space that matters a lot for print work but that most monitors don't cover properly. The SW272Q covers 99% AdobeRGB alongside 99% DCI-P3, which is about as close to full coverage as you'll find in Nepal right now. It's also QHD rather than 4K, and 60Hz, so it's clearly not chasing gaming performance at all.
BenQ MA Series (Creator with Brightness)
The MA320U does something the other creator monitors here don't — it gets notably brighter, which makes it more practical for well-lit studio environments where other panels tend to wash out. The color coverage is still strong. It's 4K IPS with solid P3 and sRGB numbers. In terms of sheer usability in a bright room, it edges out some of the PD models.
BenQ RD Series (Reading & Coding)
The RD280U is a bit of an outlier. It's a 28-inch panel with a slightly unusual UHD+ resolution, tuned specifically for reading-heavy workflows like coding and writing. These monitors prioritizes text clarity and eye comfort over wide color gamut or high refresh rates. For someone who spends eight hours a day staring at lines of code, it can be a great choice. For anyone doing visual creative work or gaming, it's not the right tool.
Where to Buy BenQ Monitors in Nepal?
Authorized BenQ Distributors in Nepal
BenQ monitors are available through authorized dealers in Kathmandu, with limited availability in other cities. Given the price range these monitors sit in, buying from an authorized source matters, warranty support on a two-lakh monitor is not something you want to gamble on.
Online Stores Selling BenQ Monitors
A few platforms like ITTI and Daraz Nepal list BenQ monitors, but stock is inconsistent given the small catalog. Prices generally align with in-store rates. Always verify the seller is an authorized dealer before purchasing online at this price point.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
BenQ typically offers a three-year warranty on its creator and gaming monitors through authorized channels. Service support is concentrated in Kathmandu. As with any premium purchase, keep your invoice and verify warranty terms at the point of sale.
