Motorola launches the ThinkPhone 25 with Dimensity 7300 chipset

Motorola has officially announced the ThinkPhone 25, designed for business users. The phone continues the corporate-focused design of its predecessor, offering improved specifications and integration with Lenovo products. In this article, we will discuss everything about the upcoming Motorola ThinkPhone 24, including its expected price in Nepal.

Design and Display

Motorola has equipped the ThinkPhone 25 with a 6.36-inch pOLED display, offering a 1220p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i for added durability.  The ThinkPhone 25 retains its sturdy build, featuring a Carbon Black color with an aramid fiber back and a plastic frame. It comes with an IP-68 rating, making it resistant to water and dust. Additionally, the phone meets MIL-STD 810H certification standards for durability.

Performance

The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Motorola promises 5 years of Android OS updates and security patches until 2029. Furthermore, the phone includes enhanced security features like malware and phishing detection, along with additional Wi-Fi security measures.

Camera and Battery

The rear camera system includes a 50MP main shooter with Sony’s LYTIA 700C sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it has a 10MP 3x telephoto lens and a 13MP ultrawide camera, providing users with versatile photography options. The ThinkPhone 25 features a 4,310 mAh battery. It supports 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, allowing for quicker recharges.

Business Features

The phone offers deep integration with Lenovo PCs and Motorola tablets. This includes automatic sync, shared keyboard and mouse functionality, centralized notifications, and the ability to use the phone’s main camera as a webcam. In addition, Motorola provides its Moto Device Manager for B2B customers, enabling IT departments to manage devices remotely.
