Design and Display

Talking about the design, the Acer Nitro V 15 2025 has a pretty bold design that looks perfect for user who loves gaming, but saying that, it still fits well in any workspace.  It features the Acer logo at the top centre of the lid and vents under the sides. Meanwhile, it also comes with an amber backlight keyboard with a numpad on the side.

In terms of display, we get a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and a fast 165Hz.

Performance

For performance, we get an Intel Core 7 240H CPU, which comes with 10 cores and 16 threads with a max turbo boost of 5.2 GHz. For the GPU, we have last year's RTX 4050 GPU, which comes with 6 GB of VRAM, decent for 1080p medium-to-high gaming.

Furthermore, the Acer Nitro V 16 (ANV15-52) also features a 16GB DDR4 RAM clocking in at 3200 MHz. Similarly, it also has 512GB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.

Connectivity and the rest

The Acer Nitro V 15 comes with decent options of ports, including 3x USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps), 1x Thunderbolt 4 (40 Gbps), 1x HDMI 2.1, and finally a 1x 3.5 mm headphone jack. In terms of wireless connectivity, we are getting WiFi 6 as well as Bluetooth 5.1 support.
