Design and DisplayÂ
The new MacBook Pro still follows the 2021 design while coming in space black and silver finishes. The display also remains the same 14.2-inch screen with 3K resolution and a max brightness of 1,600 for HDR content. And like other Pro models, it features the ProMotion technology. Â
Processor and Camera
This MacBook Pro features the new M5 Pro chip with up to an 18-core CPU, 20-core GPU, 24GB of unified memory, and 2TB of storage. The device comes with a 12MP Center Stage camera. This feature ensures that the user remains centered during video calls. Additionally, the camera supports Desk View.
Ports and Memory
The new 14-inch MacBook Pro includes three Thunderbolt 5 ports, MagSafe 3, HDMI, an SDXC card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This is an upgrade over the two Thunderbolt 4 ports on the M5 model. The base memory has been upgraded to 24GB this time, compared to 16GB in the previous model.Â
