Design and Display

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 features a compact, pocket-friendly body built around a 3-axis mechanical gimbal and a 2-inch touchscreen display. With this larger screen, users can easily frame shots, review footage, adjust camera settings, and navigate controls, while the lightweight design makes the camera convenient to carry for travel, vlogging, and everyday shooting.

Meanwhile, the camera head houses the 1-inch CMOS sensor and wide-angle lens, while the 3-axis gimbal provides smooth stabilization during handheld shooting. In addition, the gimbal can rotate the camera between horizontal and vertical orientations, giving creators more flexibility when capturing different types of content. As a result, the compact design combines portability, stabilization, and convenient controls in a single camera setup.

Camera and Performance

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 uses a 1-inch CMOS sensor with a 20mm-equivalent f/2.0 lens, giving you a wide view that works well for vlogs, travel scenes, and everyday shooting. The large sensor also helps the camera capture more detail and perform better in low-light conditions, while supporting up to 37MP still photos. At the same time, the camera offers several shooting options that let you adjust the look and framing of your footage without needing to carry additional lenses.

For video, the Pocket 4 can record up to 4K at 60fps for regular footage and up to 4K at 240fps for slow-motion recording. When you're moving while shooting, its 3-axis mechanical gimbal helps keep footage smooth and steady, even when recording handheld. The camera also supports vertical video recording, making it easier to create content for social media.

Battery and Storage

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 has a 1,545mAh battery that provides up to 240 minutes of operating time. It can charge to 80% in around 18 minutes and reach full charge in about 32 minutes.

For storage, the camera comes with 107GB of built-in storage and supports expansion with a microSD card. DJI says the built-in storage can hold up to approximately 600 minutes of 1080p/24fps video or 220 minutes of 4K/60fps video at the standard bitrate.
