Honor Watch 6 Overview

Design and Display

Starting with the design, the Honor Watch 6 comes in a sleek circular design with two different finishes. The Shadow Black version features an aluminum-alloy casing with a 316L stainless steel bezel and weighs 41 grams without the strap, while the Twilight Brown model uses a 316L stainless steel casing and bezel and weighs 50 grams without the strap. The watch also offers 5ATM water resistance, making it suitable for everyday use and swimming.

On the front, it features a 1.46-inch AMOLED display with a 466 × 466 resolution. The screen delivers up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness, providing clear visibility even in bright outdoor conditions. It also supports wet-hand touch, allowing the display to remain responsive when used with wet fingers.

Battery and Software

Moving on to the battery, the Honor Watch 6 packs a 980mAh battery, offering up to 17 days of battery life in typical usage or up to 35 days in long-endurance usage. With GPS enabled for outdoor sports, the watch can provide up to 42 hours of battery life. It also supports Bluetooth calling, music playback, message notifications, and connects with Honor devices through Honor Connect.

Health and Others

In terms of fitness, the Honor Watch 6 offers a wide range of health and fitness features, including heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, and menstrual cycle tracking. Its one-tap 60-second health scan combines heart rate, SpO₂, stress, and HRV measurements into a quick wellness report. 

The watch supports more than 120 sports modes, with specialized tracking for activities such as football and badminton, while its AI running features provide real-time coaching and running analysis. It also supports wrist-twist gesture controls for actions such as muting calls and controlling music, along with built-in voice notes for recording audio directly from the watch.
