Design and Build 

HP Victus 15 (2023) comes with a 15.6-inch display. It’s an IPS LCD panel that covers 45% of the NTSC colour gamut. The laptop has an 82% screen-to-body aspect ratio and can reach 250 nits of peak brightness.

All this is housed inside a new form factor that tries to mimic the more premium Omen series. As you would expect, it is made of plastic. HP Victus 15 (2023) measures 23.5mm in thickness and weighs around 2.3 kg.

Performance and Memory

Regarding CPU, HP Victus 15 (2023) comes with the 13th generation Intel Core i5-13420H, which can handle most things without a need for worry.

As for graphics, you get NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050, which has 4GB of GDDR6 RAM. Unfortunately, HP has not specified the TGP here.

However, since the GPU is based on a newer microarchitecture, it brings hardware-accelerated Ray Tracing, DLSS supersampling, and other RTX features.

You get two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots, one preinstalled with an 8GB DDR4 stick. In the future, you can add 16GB sticks to both slots. Hence it can have a maximum of 32GB RAM.

Battery and Connectivity

HP Victus 15 (2023) packs a 52.5Wh battery. Likewise, you get a 150W AC charger. It provides up to 6 hours and 45 minutes of battery life on mixed usage.

In terms of ports, you get one USB-C, two USB-A, one HDMI, one ethernet, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, the keyboard is backlit, and Lenovo includes a 720p HD camera.
