The L14 features an LED backlit keyboard, a Windows Precision touchPad, and a familiar Trackpoint. It is light at just 1.39 kg or about 3.06 pounds. It is 325mm in width, 217mm deep, and has a height of 19.8mm.

Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 3 (2022) is powered by Intel’s 12th gen Core i5-1235U processor. It has 10 Cores and 12 Threads. The chip has a base frequency of 3.3 GHz and a max boost frequency of 4.4 GHz.

The graphics part is handled by the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Lenovo ThinkPad L14 comes with 16GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM.
