Powering the Oppo Reno 16F is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy (4nm) chipset, replacing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 used in its predecessor. It offers improved efficiency, smoother gaming with AI HyperBoost 3.0, and reliable performance for daily tasks.
Oppo pairs the chipset with memory configurations of up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage using UFS 3.1 technology. On the software front, the Reno 16F runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, featuring a customizable AI Snap key on the side.

For photography, the Oppo Reno 16F features a triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and OIS, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
