Oppo has expanded its Reno 16 series with the new Oppo Reno 16F—a direct successor to last year's Oppo Reno 15F 5G. It is a premium mid-range smartphone that focuses on offering a balanced experience rather than chasing flagship specifications. This phone comes with a bright AMOLED display, a large battery, a decent processor, and several AI-powered software features that I will address in a minute. Starting off, the new Oppo Reno 16F arrives with a clean design, featuring a squarish camera island on the back that houses three lenses and an LED flash. This phone has a thickness of around 8.58mm for the Pop white finish, while “Twilight Violet” and “Dream Purple” have a thickness of 8.44mm.
