Design and Display
The POCO M8s 5G features an expansive 6.9-inch FHD+ DotDisplay with a crisp 2340 × 1080 resolution. Further boosting the fluid experience are an ultra-smooth 144Hz refresh rate and a 288Hz touch sampling rate, ensuring exceptionally snappy screen response during fast-motion games and daily scrolling. For outdoor viewability and eye health, it reaches a peak brightness of 850 nits (HBM) and comes equipped with TÜV Rheinland triple certification.
On the design front, the device measures 8.40mm in thickness and weighs 217g, giving it a sturdy, substantial feel in the hand. It comes in clean White and Black finishes and features IP64 dust and splash resistance for daily wear and tear.
Performance
Under the hood, the POCO M8s 5G is powered by the Snapdragon® 6s Gen 3 Mobile Platform, built on an efficient 6nm process. This octa-core processor clocks up to 2.3 GHz and pairs with an Adreno GPU to deliver stable frame rates and reliable performance for gaming and multitasking.
It uses an LPDDR4X + UFS 2.2 memory configuration, available in either 6 GB + 128 GB or 8 GB + 256GB variants. For an extra power boost, it supports up to 16GB of total RAM via dynamic memory extension, alongside expandable microSD storage of up to 2TB. Out of the box, the phone runs smoothly on Xiaomi's modern HyperOS 2 ecosystem.

For its optics, the phone offers a solid dual-lens array with a 50MP main camera (f/1.8 aperture, 5P lens) and an auxiliary lens. It features built-in modes like a unique soft-light ring, Night mode, and Portrait mode to elevate casual photography.
