Design and Body

The Redmi Buds 6 Lite has an in-ear design with a glossy finish. The earbuds are mostly the same color, with a stripe running through the stem. They are IP54-rated, meaning they are resistant to water and dust. The charging case has a pebble shape and a soft pulse light indicator. The earbuds come in Black, White, and Blue colors. These earbuds are equipped with 12.40 mm dynamic drivers coated with titanium for better sound quality. They also feature Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that reduces noise by up to 40 decibels. Additionally, each earbud has two microphones and an AI algorithm that helps block out background and wind noise up to 6m/s during calls for clearer sound.

Features and Battery

The Redmi Buds 6 Lite supports Bluetooth v5.3 for wireless connection with smartphones and offers fast pairing, but only for Android devices. You can use the Xiaomi Earbuds app to customize the earbuds, change noise cancellation modes, and adjust the sound with four preset equalizer settings, or even create your own. In terms of battery, the earbuds have a 45mAh battery in each earbud, and the charging case has a 480mAh battery. With these batteries, the earbuds can last up to 38 hours with AAC codec and 50% volume. Each earbud gives up to 7 hours of playtime when used on its own. A quick 10-minute charge can provide up to 2 hours of use.
