Remax TWS-26

Remax is a sub-brand of Hong Kong Refine Industrial (Asia) Limited and offers a wide range of products in Nepal. Its catalogue also includes wireless earbuds among which Remax TWS-26 is one of their offerings. Here we will briefly go through these earbuds.

Remax TWS-23 Overview

Design

These earbuds come in a semi-in-ear fit with a chunky cylindrical stem. The stem also features a tiny button-like protrusion which is likely dedicated for touch controls. The Remax TWS-26 ships in a single White colour option. The charging case of these earbuds is quite boxy and has a bit of a curve. The whole of Remax TWS-26 comes in a monotone finish and weighs close to 40 grams. The Hong Kong brand does not mention any IP rating on these earbuds. Thus, it will be wise to avoid exposing it to the outside weather like rain.

Audio and the rest

The Remax TWS-26 relies on slightly larger 14.2mm driver units on both its buds to deliver the audio. They offer a power output of 3mW with an impedance of 32+15%. In the meantime, they come equipped with Bluetooth v5.0 for wireless connectivity with your smartphone. Other than that, no features such as ANC or ENC even have been highlighted. Therefore, these earbuds do not really have anything interesting going on for them. These earbuds pack a 40mAh cell on each side and offer four hours of playtime. Additionally, the charging case packs a 300mAh battery. Lastly, the Remax TWS-26 has a standby and charging time of 90 hours and one and a half hours respectively.
