The Galaxy S25 is powered by the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, offering a 37% improvement in CPU performance, 30% better GPU power, and a 40% faster NPU. It includes 12GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The phone also features a 40% larger vapor chamber and improved thermal interface material for better heat management.
Battery and Charging
The phone has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging, capable of charging up to 50% in 30 minutes. It also supports 15W Qi wireless charging but lacks Qi2 compatibility.
Camera Features
The Galaxy S25 has a 50MP main camera, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is 12MP. The phone supports 10-bit HDR video recording and improved noise reduction for low-light videos.
