Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro Overview
Design and audio quality
Talking about the design, the Soundcore Liberty 5 Pro features an in-ear design with thick stems and ear fins for a secure fit. The earbuds also come with an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. Meanwhile, the charging case has a unique 0.96-inch TFT touchscreen that lets us check battery levels, adjust ANC modes, change EQ settings, and control playback.
The Liberty 5 Pro is powered by 9.2mm wool-paper diaphragm drivers and supports LDAC for high-resolution wireless audio. Moreover, it features adaptive ANC 4.0 powered by Anker’s Thus AI chip, along with an 8-microphone setup and dual VPUs for clearer calls. Additionally, the earbuds support Bluetooth 6.1 and audio codecs like LDAC, AAC, and SBC.
Battery life and other features
As for battery life, the Liberty 5 Pro offers up to 6.5 hours of playback with ANC enabled, extending to 28 hours with the charging case.
Additionally, you can use the Soundcore app to customise the sound profile with HearID 5.0 and EQ settings. The earbuds also support multipoint connectivity for up to three devices and fast charging, which provides up to 4 hours of playback with just 5 minutes of charging.
