Soundcore Space 2

Soundcore Space 2 Overview

Design and Comfort

The Space 2 features an over-ear design with a lightweight, soft-touch plastic body and protein-leather ear cushions. Its ear cups can rotate up to 8 degrees and fold flat, making the headphones easier to carry and store. The headphones weigh around 264 grams and use an ergonomic headband with memory-foam ear cushions for added comfort during longer listening sessions. They are available in Jet Black, Seafoam Green, and Linen White.

Audio Quality

The Soundcore Space 2 delivers audio through 40mm double-layer diaphragm drivers, which are designed to provide clear highs and strong bass. It also supports Hi-Res Audio in wired mode and LDAC over Bluetooth for higher-quality wireless audio. For noise cancellation, the headphones use Adaptive ANC 3.0 with a four-stage system that focuses on reducing low-frequency sounds such as engine and environmental noise. The headphones also feature Transparency Mode, allowing you to hear your surroundings without removing them.

For calls, the Space 2 uses three microphones with AI-powered noise reduction to make your voice clearer in noisy environments. You can also adjust the EQ through the Soundcore app and customize the sound to your preference. However, features such as LDAC are limited to compatible Android devices, while using LDAC also reduces the headphones' battery life.

Battery and Connectivity

The Space 2 offers up to 70 hours of playback with ANC off and up to 50 hours with ANC on. It also supports fast charging, with a 5-minute charge providing up to 4 hours of listening time. For connectivity, the headphones use Bluetooth 6.1, support dual-device multipoint pairing, and include an AUX port for wired audio. Here, unlike some previous models, LDAC can be used while connected to two devices simultaneously.
