AYANEO has officially revealed the AYANEO NEXT 2 in the international markets. This handheld is their its latest high-end Windows based gaming device. Design and Display

The AYANEO NEXT 2 comes in a premium chassis and according the the company they are also designed to handle sustained high performance. The device features an ergonomic layout with full-sized controls, rear programmable buttons, and dual touchpads, but on the other hand they are only one Polar Black option. 

On the front, the handheld features a 9.06-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1504. The panel is positioned in landscape orientation and supports a high (but undisclosed) refresh rate.

The AYANEO NEXT 2 is offered in two processor options. They are powered by AMD Ryzen AI APUs, where Tthe base model uses the Ryzen AI Max 385, while higher-end configurations feature the Ryzen AI Max+ 395. AYANEO claims these chips can deliver discrete GPU–level performance.  Memory and storage options have also been scaled quite aggressively here. They range from 32GB RAM with 1TB storage all the way up to 128GB RAM with 2TB storage. AYANEO has focused heavily on input quality. The NEXT 2 features TMR joysticks with adjustable torque, which AYANEO claims are an industry-first for Windows handheld gaming devices. There’s also an 8-way D-pad, dual smart touchpads on both sides of the display, and four programmable rear buttons. The device even supports ten-finger control layouts.
