Beats has just unveiled the new version of its Fit Pro wireless earbuds, now called Powerbeats Fit. These new wireless earbuds come with a design rework, allowing for a more flexible and secure fit along with better sound quality than before. So let’s check out what it has to offer, as well as the expected price in Nepal for the Powerbeats Fit.

Powerbeats Fit Overview

Design rework

As mentioned earlier, the Powerbeats Fit has a new design, with the main change being the updated wingtip. The wingtips are now trimmed and sit just at the tip of your ear. Beats claims that this wingtip is 20% more flexible, resulting in better comfort and stability over its predecessor. Beats also ships four sizes of ear tips for these earbuds, including XS, S, M, and L.

Additionally, the charging case has also been reduced by 17% in size, making it more pocket-friendly while coming with a tighter hinge and a premium look. But for something that is specifically designed to be worn during workouts, its IPX4 splash resistance for both the earbuds and the case feels a little underwhelming.

Audio, ANC, and Transparency mode

The Powerbeats Fit is powered by Apple’s H1 chip and custom 9.5mm drivers. It also supports features like dynamic head tracking, Adaptive EQ, and Personalized Spatial Audio for a more immersive listening/gaming experience. Like with the AirPods Pro 3. Although some early reports suggest that the Powerbeats Fit’s audio is a step below the AirPods.

And while these are Apple-made earbuds, you can still pair them with Android devices. And also customize a bunch of stuff inside, like “Locate My Beats” and “Fit Test” from the “Beats” app for Android. With an iPhone, the Powerbeats Fit is capable of usual features, including Automatic Switching, Audio Sharing, hands-free Hey Siri, Find My, Fit Test, and more.

And of course, you get active noise cancellation (ANC) and Transparency mode on these earbuds. Beats says each earbud has three microphones in total to improve ANC and transparency mode, with dual beam-forming mics working for clearer phone calls.

Battery

As for the battery life, the Powerbeats Fit should last up to 7 hours with the earbuds alone. Or up to 30 hours with the charging case included. It even supports the company’s “Fast Fuel” technology that gives you 1 hour of playback with a quick 5-minute top-up. Unfortunately, we still don’t get wireless charging on these earbuds.
