Blackview Wave 2C Price in Nepal

Blackview has mostly been known for launching value-for-money tablets in Nepal, but the brand is now stepping into the smartphone market with its all-new Wave 2C. This phone targets first-time smartphone buyers and budget-conscious users who want a decently spec'd phone for the price. So yeah, in this article I will discuss everything you need to know about the Blackview Wave 2C, including its specifications, features, and official price in Nepal.

      Key Highlights

      • Ultra-affordable Android phone with a 5-inch 480p TFT display and Android 16 (Go Edition), ideal for first-time smartphone users.
      • Unisoc SC9863A1 processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, expandable via a dedicated microSD card.
      • 3000mAh battery offering all-day backup for basic everyday use.

      Blackview Wave 2C Overview

      Design and display

Starting with the design, the Wave 2C comes in a clean and simple design that is good enough for its price. It features flat sides and a glossy back panel with large circular camera rings at the back, giving it a modern look. For colors, we have Shadow Black and Blaze Orange options available.

On the front, we have a quite outdated design with thick bezels instead of a modern punch-hole or even a U-shaped notch. It features a 5-inch 480p TFT LCD with a 60Hz refresh rate. While the display isn't that sharp, it's good enough for basic tasks like browsing, social media, and video streaming. Other than this, we get 350 nits of (typ) brightness and 400 nits of peak brightness.

      Performance

Under the hood, Wave 2C is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A1 chip. It's manufactured under a 28nm process, and it brings an octa-core CPU configuration with 4x Cortex-A55 (1.6 GHz) and  4x Cortex-A75 (1.2 GHz). And since this chip is specially designed for casual use, you can expect a decent experience with things like social media scrolling or some light gaming.

Memory-wise, we get  3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB of eMCP storage. Once you run out of storage, you can use a microSD card to expand storage as well. And in terms of software, we get Android 16 out of the box (Go Edition).

      Camera and battery

As expected from a budget phone in this price range, the Blackview Wave 2C keeps things very basic in the camera department. It comes with a 2MP rear camera paired with an LED flash, which is mainly suitable for casual daylight shots and document scanning. On the front, we get a 0.3MP selfie camera with fixed focus for video calls.
