Design and Display

On the front, Note 12 flaunts a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD resolution. Sadly, the phone doesn’t have a higher refresh or touch sampling rate. But, it has 1000 nits of peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. In terms of design, there’s a rectangular camera module on the back and a glossy finish. Likewise, the phone is pretty slim at 7.90mm and weighs around 184.5 grams. The Note 12 is available in Jewel Blue, Force Black, and Sunset Golden color options.

Performance

Under the hood, the company has fitted in a MediaTek Helio G88 processor which is paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The latter is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.  On the software front, you get the Android 11-based XOS skin. The Hot 12 which was launched alongside Note 12 comes with Android 12 pre-installed.

Cameras

Talking about the cameras, you get three of them at the back. It has a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with a 2-megapixel macro shooter and a QVGA sensor. You can use the 16MP sensor housed inside the waterdrop style notch for selfies.
