Infinix Note 60 Ultra is official in Malaysia with a unique design!

Infinix just announced the Note 60 Ultra at MWC 2026, and it's probably the most ambitious phone the brand has ever made. Co-designed with Pininfarina, it packs satellite calling, a 200MP camera, and a silicon-carbon 7000mAh battery into a phone that's gunning well above Infinix's usual price territory. Let's get into this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Infinix Note 60 Ultra, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
Infinix Note 60 Ultra Overview
Design and Build

The Pininfarina collaboration is the first thing you notice. Pininfarina is the Italian automotive design firm behind iconic Ferrari and Maserati bodies, and they've been doing this for nearly a century. The Note 60 Ultra leans into that motorsport aesthetic with a Gorilla Glass Victus-covered camera island that Infinix calls the Uni-Chassis module, a carbon-fibre-esque rear panel texture, and what they call a Floating Taillight, a red LED strip at the bottom of the camera island that acts as a notification light.
The frame is aluminum, and the front is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. IP64 covers dust and water splash resistance. At 7.9mm thick and 220g, it's on the heavier side, but the silicon-carbon battery inside explains some of that weight. Similarly, the color options you get are Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver, all named after Italian cities and racing circuits, which fits the theme.
The in-box accessories are also worth mentioning. The Note 60 Ultra ships with a Kevlar MagCase, a Kevlar-pattern MagPad wireless charger, a 100W charger, USB-C earbuds, and a tempered glass protector with an install kit. There's also a supercar-inspired MagCharge Base made of zinc alloy that the MagPad snaps onto.
Display
The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED, 1208x2644 resolution at 429 ppi, and fast 144Hz refresh rate. The panel also supports 2304Hz PWM dimming, Ultra HDR, and has a 89.5% screen-to-body ratio. Gorilla Glass 7i covers the front. Meanwhile, you also get 4,500 nits peak brightness. There's also a dot-matrix display on the back of the camera module, which adds another layer of notification and customization functionality that's more visual flair than practical necessity, but it's distinctive.
Performance
The device is powered by a Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, which is a 4nm all-big-core chip. The GPU is Mali-G720 MC7. And there's a vapor chamber for thermal management. The all-big-core configuration means the Dimensity 8400 handles loads better than chips that rely heavily on efficiency cores for background tasks. For gaming, video editing, and anything demanding, this chip is a great step up from what you'd typically find at Infinix's usual price points. Other than that, the phone is paired with 12GB RAM across both storage variants (256GB and 512GB). Plus, the Software is XOS 16, based on Android 16, with three major Android upgrades promised.

Camera

Here you get a triple rear setup: a 200MP main sensor (Samsung ISOCELL HPE, 1/1.4-inch, f/1.7, OIS, dual-pixel PDAF), a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto (Samsung ISOCELL JF5, 1/2.76-inch, f/2.9, OIS), and an 8MP 112-degree ultrawide. Up front, you get a 32MP selfie camera capable of 4K video.
The 1/1.4-inch main sensor is the highlight. It's a large sensor for a phone in this segment. Similarly, the 3.5x periscope with OIS handles zoom well, and the 2x lossless zoom from the main 200MP sensor gives an extra intermediate focal length.
The ultrawide at 8MP is, however, probably the weakest link in the system. It's the same trade-off seen in a lot of phones this year, where the primary and telephoto are strong but the ultrawide doesn't match up. Anyway, the video goes up to 4K@60fps on the rear with gyro-EIS and OIS, and HDR10+ support.
Two-Way Satellite Connectivity
This is the most unusual feature on the Note 60 Ultra and the one that genuinely sets it apart from everything else in this price range. The satellite connectivity is powered by Space42's Thuraya product line via Direct-to-Cell technology, and it supports two-way satellite voice calling and messaging across international borders.
To be clear, this requires a separate plan and SIM. It's not included in the base price of the phone. But the hardware capability being built into a mid-range phone is notable, and is particularly well-suited for those who travel internationally to remote areas or need connectivity off the grid.
Battery and Rest
Coming to battery, the device is powered by a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, 7.5W reverse wired, 5W reverse wireless, and bypass charging for gaming.
For audio, you get JBL-tuned stereo speakers with Hi-Res and Hi-Res wireless audio support at 24-bit/192kHz. For connectivity, you get Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, FM radio, GPS, and USB-C 2.0 with OTG support.
