Infinix has launched the XPad Edge in Malaysia. It's worth noting that, we don't see Infinix tablets every now and then, and the tablet they last launched was back in May with Xpad GT. But unlike the GT, this tablet is actually a much lighter version that comes with a single configuration and weighs just 588 grams. But its (expensive) price for what it offers is definitely a matter of concern. Let’s break down everything about the Infinix XPad Edge, including specifications, availability, and expected price in Nepal.
Infinix XPad Edge Overview
Design and Display

The XPad Edge has a 13.2-inch 2.4K display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a thin metal body in Celestial Ink Gray. At 588 grams, it feels lighter than most tablets of this size, though the large bezels are definitely big here, and might not interest many people, if we are looking at its competitors.
Performance and Software
My definite concern is with its chipset. For the price it comes, Its unfortunate that it only runs on a Snapdragon 685 processor chipset. It's only adequate for basic tasks, and as we head toward 2026, the chip is very outdated compared to newer mid-range tablets. Anyway, it is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, expandable up to 2TB. It comes with Android 15 comes out of the box.

Camera and Audio
The rear and front cameras are both 8MP. And as one would expect from a 'midrange' tablet, there's nothing really impressive here. The video calls are fine, but the photos will look basic. However, you also get quad speakers that are supposed to be loud enough, but speakers at this range will 100% lack clarity, as one finds in higher-end tablets. Other than that, you get a pretty big 8,000 mAh battery with 18W charging, and the connectivity includes 4G LTE and Wi-Fi.
