The iQOO 15 Ultra has now officially launched, bringing top-of-the-line specs and flagship-grade features to the table. In terms of performance, the iQOO 15 Ultra brings the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It also houses a large active cooling fan, supported by an advanced thermal setup. This includes a large vapor chamber and liquid-metal heat-transfer materials. It has an Ice Dome cooling system equipped with a 17x17mm, 59-blade fan, an 8,000mm² vapor chamber, graphite layers, and aerogel insulation, all TÜV Rheinland-certified for durability. It also features pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, a magnetic-axis 091640 motor for 4D vibration, and a 500Hz gyroscope.

All this power is paired with up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. Software-wise, it boots on OriginOS 6 built on top of Android 16. Even the OS accompanies the gaming side with 2K 60fps casting and one-tap streaming for various games at sustained 144fps.

 iQOO is leaning heavily into a futuristic, cyberpunk-inspired design. The phone features physical shoulder buttons on both sides of the frame, a rare but welcome addition for mobile gamers who want console-like controls. It is available in two bold color options called 2077 Flowing Orange and 2049 Ice Blue. Likewise, you get IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.
