iQOO 15 Ultra full specs leaked, will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC

iQOO is getting ready to add a new heavyweight to its lineup, and this time, it is going all in with the “Ultra” badge. And we have a timeline for this device as well, which is coming with top-of-the-line specs. Here, in this article, we'll delve into the leaked specs, features, and other details of the iQOO 15 Ultra.

Performance

In terms of performance, the iQOO 15 Ultra will bring the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It will also house a large active cooling fan, supported by an advanced thermal setup. This includes a large vapor chamber and liquid-metal heat-transfer materials. All this power is paired with up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. Software-wise, it'll boot on OriginOS 6 built on top of Android 16.

Design and Display

From the official teasers, iQOO is leaning heavily into a futuristic, cyberpunk-inspired design. The phone features physical shoulder buttons on both sides of the frame, a rare but welcome addition for mobile gamers who want console-like controls. It will be available in two bold color options called 2077 Flowing Orange and 2049 Ice Blue.

On the display side, it's getting a 6.85-inch Samsung 2K resolution AMOLED panel. It will boast a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. 

Camera, Battery and Other

Getting to the optics, the leaks point to a 50MP triple camera setup alongside a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom rated at CIPA 4.5. Additional features include a 7,400mAh battery with 100W wired charging, wireless charging, bypass charging, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a dual-axis linear motor, and enhanced stereo speakers.
