Nubia has announced the V80 Pro as a follow-up to the V80 series. This device practically keeps almost every hardware unchanged, but there are also a few key areas it has upgraded. Now, let's jump into this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Nubia V80 Pro, including its rumours, specifications, and availability.
Nubia V80 Pro Overview
Display and Design
We had discussed in the regular Nubia V80 article that its design had uncanny similarity to the iPhone 17 series. And Nubia has now continued to go with the same design language of the iPhone 17 series in the V80 Pro as well. However, the V80 Pro weighs slightly more at 195g compared to the 191g weight of the regular V80. The Pro variant doesn’t list an IP64 rating, which the standard V80 includes. Similarly, talking about the display, you are the getting the same 6.75-inch display found on the regular V80, which offers a 900×1940 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The design and dimensions also remain unchanged at 166 × 79 × 7.7 mm.

Performance and Software
Nubia continues with the Unisoc T7280 chipset on the V80 Pro, just like the regular V80. The RAM configuration is fixed at 8GB, and the storage is offered at an expandable 256 GB. The phone runs Android 16 with MyOS 16 on top.
Camera and Battery
The biggest hardware change is in the main camera. The V80 Pro now uses a 108MP primary camera, replacing the 50MP sensor you’d find on the standard V80. The rest of the rear setup shifts to decorative sensors, a 2MP unit and an “AI camera”. The front camera stays the same at 16MP. The battery capacity remains unchanged at 5,000mAh.
