Oppo Pad Air 5 launched with 120Hz 2.8K display

Oppo recently launched the Pad Air 5 in China, which shares its hardware with the OnePlus Pad Go 2. So, as you expect, most of these specifications aren't really anything new or that interesting. Anyway, this article will discuss everything about the latest Oppo Pad Air 5, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

Display and Build

As i said earlier, the tablet features the same 12.1-inch LCD screen as featured in the OnePlus Pad Go 2. It comes with a 2.8K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate and hits a peak brightness of 900 nits and covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.  Although it wasn't mentioned by OnePlus, Oppo, however, has made a "Soft Light" version available that uses nano-etching to reduce screen glare and reflections. The device is quite thin at 6.83mm and weighs around 597 grams.

Performance and Software

The chipset is also the same on this device. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset, and is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For software, it uses ColorOS 16, which includes features for cross-device file transfers and ecosystem sharing. You can get it in either Wi-Fi-only or 5G cellular versions.

Camera and Battery

Both the front and rear cameras use 8MP sensors and support 1080p video recording. The tablet is powered by a 10,050mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. For audio, it uses a quad-speaker system.
