Design and Display

The Apple Watch Series 10 maintains a familiar design but introduces a thinner build, making it the slimmest Apple Watch to date. Available in two material options, the standard aluminium comes in Jet Black, Rose Gold, and Silver, while the premium titanium is offered in Slate, Gold, and Natural. It is IP6X and 5ATM rated, ensuring excellent resistance to dust and water. The watch ships in two sizes: 42mm and 46mm, with the display resolution of the smaller version at 374 x 446 pixels and the larger one at 416 x 496 pixels. The screen features Retina LTPO3 technology, marking the debut of Wide-angle OLED in an Apple Watch. Impressively, the display can reach up to 2,000 nits of brightness and drop to just 1 nit. For added durability, the aluminium model has Ion-X glass, while the titanium version features a Sapphire crystal cover.

Performance and Features

A key factor contributing to the slimmer design of the Apple Watch Series 10 is its powerful S10 SiP. It is equipped with a 64-bit dual-core processor, quad-core neural engine, and 64GB of storage. This setup enables advanced functionalities such as double-tap gestures, on-device Siri, automatic workout detection, and safety features like Crash and Fall Detection. The device runs on watchOS 11, which brings new capabilities like Smart Stack and a redesigned Photo face. Notably, Series 10 introduces Sleep Apnea detection and depth/temperature sensing during water activities. Additionally, the cellular variant allows phone-free operation, while Voice Isolation enhances call quality. Despite all these features, the battery lasts up to 18 hours on normal use or 36 hours in low power mode, with fast charging reaching 80% in just 30 minutes.
